					<description><![CDATA[I can&#039;t tell you how much I know how you feel. I get the same frustration when I sit at work every day and I get the same glimmer of hope when I&#039;m at my customer&#039;s place and see how they sometimes get what I&#039;m doing better than my own coworkers do. 

I&#039;m really sorry you have to go through it. Just stick with it and even when you get really frustrated, remember how good it feels to talk to that customer who really gets you guys and your product.]]></description>
