May Contain Active Cultures

Today’s Medical Update: There is a fungus among us.

Suzan wanted me to head to the doctor & get some spots on my back checked out (they’re on my back, so I didn’t see them at first). Turns out they are discolorations caused by a fungus that grows under the skin and in the scalp. The fungus is always present in our tissue, but excess humidity causes it to thrive. Bits of fungus wash out of the scalp and grow down the back.

Yes, I know. It sounds kinda disgusting.

So I’m taking a few doses of ketoconazole and washing with Head & Shoulders for the next few days. Perhaps some balsamic vinegar & sundried tomatoes would go nicely with my gourmet ‘shrooms.

While I wait for modern medicine to work it’s magic, I can play with my new tech gizmo 🙂

I meant to ask you if your flavor profile more closely matched domestic or wild mushrooms, but figured I’d get smacked and left at the airport.

It has little to do with skin fungus, but it’s funny none the less.

If I’d been thinking about it, I’d’ve realized that you’d be filtering links. Heh heh, whoops.
