*grumble* I have a cat that won’t sleep in. Where is the snooze button on Dite?
Aphrodite (“Dite” for short) has started her usual 6:30AM morning routine. Much like the rain dances performed by native American tribes, Dite performs a morning “feed me bitch” ritual to make the humans pour crunchy bits of kibble into stainless steel bowls.
I wish the cats would try asking for rain. At least they’d be away from the bed.
It’s not like I should be sleeping in, it’s Friday and I’m … no, wait, I don’t have to go to work. Yes, I should be sleeping in!
Did I mention *grumble*?

Good.
Well, I can get some breakfast, edit a podcast and check over my “zombie planning list” for tomorrow’s Dragon*ConTV taping event. Right now I need tea & cereal.
*grumble* Why can’t my wife wake up to feed the cats?
