Sweet Dreams Are Made Of … Brains?

I’m not sure if I had an real dreams during my normally scheduled sleep last night, but the dream I had between the alarm going off the first time and actually getting out of bed was really strange.

There were zombies storming my house. Well, not my actual house, but whatever my dream created as an acceptable substitute for my house (it wasn’t a 100% match, but it had a nice basement). The bulk of the dream was gathering my friends together to barricade ourselves in, block doors and try to figure out why we only have one single-barrel shotgun in the house.

I know it should be nice to have a dream where your friends and coworkers come together for a common goal, but this is a bit surreal

And no … none of the zombies were carrying guitars. It wasn’t unreasonable, nobody was going to eat my eyes 🙂

  1. That’s interesting.
I had a dream the other night that you were wearing eyeliner, a guitar, and a teal kilt…because you were standing in as one of GARF’s “Lost Boys” band.

  2. Jilly … that’s, um, interesting. I don’t mind wearing a kilt while appearing in the dreams of hot redheads, but teal & eyeliner make that pretty disturbing.

    And did I mention I don’t play guitar …

Still, if you want me to show up in any future dreams wearing a kilt you may want to clear that with Tito 😉

  3. Well, that’s clearly a ridiculous dream. First of all, it’s actually happened to you. Second of all, your friends weren’t barricading the doors, we *were* the zombies.

You’re gonna have to do better than that for weird dreams, if you want to out-weird your reality.
